Low Calorie Fruits – Which can be eaten through out the day can be eaten fresh or frozen (best), used in a salad or anytime you feel hungry:

  • Melons, honeydew, cantaloupe
  • Watermelon
  • Pummelo
  • Kiwifruit
  • Papaya
  • Peaches
  • Currant
  • Grapefruit
  • Lemons with peel
  • Limes
  • Apricot
  • Apples
  • Nectarines
  • Grapes
  • Oranges
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries

You can also place some fresh fruit in a blender and freeze, which makes a great frozen treat that you can eat during study time or to share with your friends.
