Set Personal Goals
As many of you know, the start of the New Year is our opportunity to start new healthy habits in fitness and nutrition. To minimize or eliminate old bad habits such as drinking coffee or caffeine, or just to become a better person! Every year I challenge my clients to not so much as to set New Year’s “Resolutions”, but to set New Year’s “Goals”.
You may be asking or wondering what exactly is a “Goal”? A Goal is a specific, measurable thing that you would like to achieve in the future. What this means is you’ll need to develop a concrete action plan to take you to where you want to be, from where you currently are. Sounds simple enough right?
Now that you know what a goal is, I’m challenging all of you, my readers to set your personal goals. What this means is not to just say them, but to write them down and share them with me and/or our readers. Often times we can accomplish so much more knowing that we’re not alone in our goals, wants and desires.
Because I want to make our blog interactive, I will responding and posting a question and answer section that you’ll also be able to comment on as well as give you ideas and suggestions too. After all my blog is designed for you and whether your goal(s) are to:
- Lose Weight
- Decrease Bodyfat
- Gain Weight
- Increase Lean Muscle
- Decease Belly Fat
- Strengthen your Core Muscles
- Know the best foods for Peak Performance
- How to Increase your Energy…
It all starts with proper nutrition, getting plenty of rest and loving yourself! Remember you can drop me an email at anytime and let me know if this is a private question or if it’s something that you would like to share with others.
Until next time, have a Fabulous week and a Happy New Year!
Fitfully yours
lisa
