Myléne Brock. Brock is a Pilates Expert with thirty years experience as a movement teacher in both Europe and the United States. She has a degree in physical education and is presenter at multiple fitness conferences. She is the creator of the Core Galore Boards along with the training manual and instructional DVD for Myléne’s Balancing Act Method (a pilates based core strengthening program).
